• Membership activity — your participation in calls, and content you submit (for example, questions for a coaching hot seat).

• To provide the membership, run the calls and give you access to the content.
• To take payment and manage your subscription.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To send you membership-related updates, and marketing where you have agreed to receive it.

4. Our legal bases

We rely on contract (to deliver the membership you bought), legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our business), and consent (for optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the membership — for example our payment provider, our email and community platform, and our hosting and analytics providers — and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose data where required by law.

7. How long we keep it
