Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your membership of Chosen Woman, a coaching membership operated by Amy Rushworth Ltd. By joining, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Chosen Woman is operated by Amy Rushworth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12117188), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. VAT number 34767361. You can contact us at support@amyrushworth.com.

2. The membership

Chosen Woman is an ongoing coaching membership. It includes live group coaching calls, access to call replays, and the accompanying digital resources described at the time you join. Coaching is delivered to the membership as a group; it is not one-to-one therapy.

3. Payment and billing

Membership is billed in advance as a recurring monthly subscription via debit or credit card through our payment provider. Your founding rate stays the same for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. If a payment fails, we may suspend access after giving you 7 days' notice to update your payment details.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time; membership is month to month with no lock-in contract.
• Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from purchase. If you have not yet accessed the membership content, you are entitled to a full refund within this period.
• Because the membership gives immediate access to digital content, once you have accessed that content you lose the right to cancel for a refund, and no refunds are available after access begins.
• If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed any material, contact us for a full refund.

5. Use of materials

When you join, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the coaching calls, replays and resources for your own personal use only. You may not record, copy, redistribute, broadcast, resell or use any materials commercially, and all intellectual property in the materials remains with Amy Rushworth Ltd.

6. Coaching disclaimer

The coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions before taking part in any practical exercise (for example, breathwork, which has contraindications). If in doubt, speak to your doctor first.

7. No guarantees

Amy Rushworth cannot and does not guarantee any particular result, outcome or earnings from the membership. Content reflects personal views and experience and does not constitute medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Your results depend on your own circumstances and the actions you take.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for your membership, and we accept no liability for the performance of any third-party coach or service provider.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
